What is the best Linux distribution in terms of security/hack resistance?

What do you think is the best Linux distribution in terms of security? What are the most effective measures to harden Linux security? Clarification: I'm interested in learning about protected distributions, and not about those intended for pentest. Thanks in advance.

@HPositron

Any not outdated and properly configured.
Measures: competent configuration of rights, firewall, use of selinux or apparmor. Google "linux hardening".

If there is personal data - according to the FSTEC, the rest is for iron. I am personally an Ubuntu server, XUbuntu desktop. Tried Astra, Red, Alt, Mint. IMHO - stayed on hubunt 16 and 18 because. MFP Cannon and other works there.
The main thing here is the periphery, what do we use? printers, scanners - and in terms of security, as you set up your router or IPFW, you will get it. Panacea for Academicians.

Any up-to-date, to which there is no unlimited access from the Internet, at least to SSH.

OpenBSD. Incl. because it's Berkley, not Linux: fewer people know how to break it.

The servers are Ubuntu, Debian, Cent OS, so I think they are well protected
