How to create a client-server video player connection, so that the video would be broadcast in fragments and it would be impossible to download it?

How to create a client-server video player connection (Node.js server or Asp.net Core server), so that the video would be broadcast in fragments and it would be impossible to download it?
Well, either complicate the download, I understand that whoever wants to download it, but what would it make you sweat ....
As I understand it, the server should send encrypted fragments and on the client this stream is decrypted and a video file is assembled.
But somehow, so that browser extensions would not download it so easily ....

You need to store information about which number of undefined you are working with in a particular iteration in order to know which index to take from internal arguments. Here is my solution.
You will also have problems with repeated calls to the p function due to array mutation in the closure.
