How to correctly set up two different addresses on one landing page?

Is it possible to set up such logic?
The site has a projects section where projects are
clicked on it and a page opens, each project is essentially one page, its address is
webname.com/projects/projectsone
(it opens on top like a normal section of the site, the menu header is saved to the site itself)
at the same time, if I go to a site like projectsone.com, I just see the one-page of this project (and so on for each of the 15 pieces, for example). is that possible?
