How to correctly estimate how much you cost in the labor market (front end || .NET)?

Interested in how to evaluate yourself in the labor market in accordance with your skills (front end developer and .Net developer).
Let's say the front end (steps up):
1) Knows html + css + js + one of the libraries, let's say juery + 0.5 years of experience
2) Knows html + css + js + one of the libraries + one framework (angular.js) + 1 year of experience
3) Knows html + css + js + one of the libraries + a couple of frameworks (angular.js and node.js) + knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation + from 1 to 3 years of experience
4) Knows html + css + js + one of the libraries + one framework (angular.js) + has experience in integrating layout with one CMS, let's say Bitrix + knowledge and experience with various popular APIs + knowledge of English at a conversational level
from 3 to 5 years of experience
5) Knows html + css + js + one of the libraries + one framework (angular.js) + has experience in integrating layout with one CMS, let's say Bitrix + knowledge and experience with various popular APIs + knows and can write code on the server, let's say ubiquitous PHP + knowledge of English at a conversational level, able to work with a database on MySQL.
more than 5 years of experience
.Net developer
1) basic knowledge of C#, excellent understanding of mvc from 0.5 years of experience
2) good knowledge of C# and basic knowledge of Mysql, excellent understanding of mvc + knowledge of Html css + knowledge of English at the levels of reading technical documentation + 1 year experience
3) excellent knowledge of C#, the ability to pull data from the database, that is, excellent knowledge of Mysql, excellent understanding of mvc + knowledge of Html css + js (basic) + knowledge of English at a conversational level. + from 1 to 3 years of experience
4) excellent command of C#, the ability to pull data from the database, that is, excellent knowledge of Mysql, excellent understanding of mvc +
good knowledge of Html css + js + one js framework (angular.js) (+ knowledge of English at a conversational level .+ 3 to 5 years of experience
I am well aware that each company may have different requirements, and that one can work with one framework or one cms, and the other with everything at once.Nevertheless
, in general terms, I would like to know how much it costs such skills, at the moment..
Interested in at least a fork of prices, so as not to sell too cheap and not become impudent.
I don't consider leadership positions.
No need to give me links to haha.ru and others, I'm interested in the opinion of the local inhabitants =)
All the best!

The value is estimated at the time of sale.
Your current salary or biggest active offer determines your value in the job market.
In addition to knowledge, there are many more parameters that affect the RFP. It is impossible to derive a universal formula.

Well, yes, a frontend developer of the 1st category, a C# programmer of the 3rd category and standardization according to GOST)) The IT sphere is currently not standardized, therefore it is impossible to reduce such a gradation. Including pay - just recently I saw 2 PHP developer vacancies identical in terms of requirements in different companies with a salary gap of almost 2 times.
There can be no talk of any "excellent mastery" at a distance of up to 5 years (according to the same rule, 10,000 hours of work to become a specialist), especially in the enterprise-sphere.
In general, everything here, as in other areas, the gradation goes according to:
And most importantly, the value of an employee (and the level of his payment) is determined by the scale of the problems that he is able to solve in the employer's business, as well as the scale of the employer's profit from the results of the employee's activities.
The answer to the question "How to correctly assess how much you cost in the labor market?": you cost exactly as much for how much they are willing to hire you at a given moment in time. The labor market differs from the market with watermelons in that the price on it is set by the buyer (ie the employer). You can only agree, bargain a little or refuse and go on looking for your happiness. Unless, of course, you are in the position of an applicant, and not a super-specialist, who is being hunted competitively (which is unlikely, judging by the question). To understand how much they are ready to hire you for, 10 interviews within a month or two are enough.
