What to read or what tasks to come up with on servers, administration?

I am still learning in terms of web development and have not gone deep into administration and servers. If you can recommend a list of projects to do / a list of questions I need to answer with links to literature, courses where I can find them.
Now I am finishing a course on networks, in the cisco program I learned to build networks and understand the network stack. I want to figure out the next step in administration and install various services on the servers, as well as read about the servers themselves. How to make a backup, monitor the status.
