How to correctly convert video (no sound on video, for Panasonic SC-PT560 device)?

Hello.
There is a Panasonic SC-PT560 device (media player), it has USB.
I connected the screw, I wanted to show the cartoons to the child, but for some reason there is no sound for most of the videos.
For example, there is a sound for this: new-rutor.org/torrent/3434/kot-leopold-polnaja-kol...
Audio codec: Audio: 48 kHz, AC3 Dolby Digital, 3/2 (L, C, R, l ,r) + LFE ch, ~448.00 kbps avg
I gladly thought that it would be enough to transcode audio into video from MP3 to AC3 (because it is the most common one), but no such luck.
Since there is no sound for this file: new-rutor.org/torrent/49226/mama-dlja-mamontenka-1...
Audio codec: Dolby AC3 48000Hz stereo 192kbps
I found the avidemux program, with the help of which I overtook the sound to the same format " 48 kHz, AC3 Dolby Digital, 3/2 (L, C, R, l, r) + LFE ch, ~ 448.00 kbps ", but the sound did not appear .
I also tried to convert MP3 to AC3, but to no avail.
And no matter how I tried to convert ConverterLite, and VCL, and AVS Video Converter, and Ultra MPEG-4 Converter, there is no sound ....
Most likely there is some nuance that I do not take into account when converting.
If anyone can shed some light, I'll be glad.
Thanks in advance.

@FAN2tom

Try to overtake the audio, for example, in the format: MP3, 44.1 KHz, 2 ch, 320 Kbps, CBR
