Artifacts appear in After Effects, how to fix?

Hey!

I recently started using AE and ran into such a problem: I threw a video into the composition (it should not be displayed in the entire composition window) and it began to crumble into pixels and some artifacts appeared, the picture was torn. Although with the source everything is in perfect order. I tried to render and the output is all with the same artifacts. Screenshots for some reason does not allow to download, so in words.

How to fix it?
