The task is as follows: WordPress has subdomains: spb.my_site.ru, novosibirsk.my_site.ru. It is necessary to copy the page ...my_page, which is now in my_site.ru/my_page to all subdomains.
I'm a WordPress teaser. Tell me, please, where are these subdomains located in the file system and where do I need to copy the page? Maybe it can be done through the admin panel?

You can't do it through the admin panel...
In short - install the WP on all subdomains, or even better WP multisite
And there, transfer the page for each site. And if the page has its own template, don't forget to copy it to the theme folder...
