How to control music via AirPlay with Raspberry Pi?

Good day everyone!
I started with this: How to control tracks on the iPhone using the headphone jack from the car radio via the CD changer jack?
I came here: www.monsterok.ru/emulator-chengera (because the developer has the same radio as me) and contacted the developer
. And then I decided that I didn’t want to pull wires from the iPhone to the car. I want AirPlay. And I want to control the music (which plays on the iPhone) from the buttons on the steering wheel.
As an intermediate block for working with AirPlay, I chose the Raspberry Pi. It is not expensive and versatile. Perhaps he will even allow you to abandon the CD-changer emulator.
And now the main question: how to use Raspberry Pi to control music on an iPhone connected to Raspberry Pi via AirPlay? Interested in switching tracks back / forward and pause / play.
I did not find it in this and similar articles:

Thank you all.

@Tverdiy

Air Play does not allow you to switch music from the device on which it is played.
Is it important for you to be able to switch music on your Iphone using the car controls, or do you want to be able to turn on any track that is in the phone's music library in the car?
