How to set up sound in browsers?

Browsers

sound in Aimp'e and system sounds can be heard clearly, as it should be. In all browsers (edge, chrome, yandex, opera, vivaldi) the sound is muted and an echo is heard. I reinstalled flashplayer, played with the sound settings - the result is 0. Where else to drip, what else can be done to make the sound in browsers become normal?

I fixed it ..... I reinstalled the firewood and after the fifth reboot, the sound troubleshooting module revealed some kind of problem related to the incompletely loaded parameters ..... it’s not clear what happened, but it worked
