MacBook: how to turn up Safari sound volume?

Online YouTube and online movies have become sooo quiet. At the maximum it is still barely audible. If I play music in Telegram, I play movies through VLC, etc., the sound is super. But online in the browser - the horror is how quiet. Wh VKontakte music is much quieter. What is the problem?
