4k not working in safari What's the matter?

Greetings. I enabled VP9 and VP9 on battery in the development settings, once everything worked, I already thought everything was a victory! but it wasn’t there ... after a couple of hours I go back to safari, but 4k is already gone .. what's the matter? already a billion times they switched, pulled, rebooted and did all sorts of similar rituals.
