Round border in Safari

Safari doesn't want to render the round border correctly, not at all. I get this:

About the "phantoms" at the edges, I generally keep quiet.
That is, there is a border, there is rounding, and the corners of the image are cut off.
I tried to hang on a div, on a link, prefixes, that's all ...

And such artifacts are everywhere. Even in the iTunes store sometimes it happens. But there is no such thing in chrome, apparently, it is not a system one, it uses its own webkit.
