There is no minimum knowledge when applying for a job. This is not the exam for you at school, when you scored the minimum passing score and entered somewhere. No minimum guarantees you a job as a junior web developer, especially in Moscow.

The requirements for a high-load Yandex project and for maintaining one website of a furniture factory are completely different, although both projects require a junior developer.

I myself hired a junior student... True, not in Moscow, but I think the difference is not very big. I looked at the fact that a person is oriented in someone else's code, uses his own and other people's libraries and has his own "small projects" ...

Web-developer - the concept is too broad. You can write a backend, you can write a frontend. The backend can be written in different languages (PHP, ASP, Python). In the frontend, you can also do different things - simple layout, or you can do frontend architecture of applications. Well, in general, you understand. In other words, I think the question is not right.
And yes, there is no minimum, as 27cm answered . It all depends on where you're trying to get to and how you present yourself.
