Can't load videos on IOS?

Embed video on page

, but on IOS devices (ipad/iphone) it doesn't work (instead of video black kradrat from the crossed-out play button). And on the same page there is a video, just added, and it works. The only difference in these files is the size (the first one is 100mb, the second one is 17mb). Maybe there is a problem in the file size (limit or something else) or am I digging in the wrong place?

I compressed the video to 12mb, the
handBrake program worked, I used it, who cares
