How to connect your JS script to the Bitrix24 portal?

Good afternoon!

I want to connect a JS file to the B24 portal, in which I will write the code. I know there is some valid way to do this. but I can't find info.
If anyone knows, please help.

And yet, if you know how to view variables containing the user ID, user groups and other information available through the frontend through the DevTools of the browser through the console, then tell me too.
