Bitrix logging user actions?

The customer asks:
how large is it possible to log user actions in Bitrix?
I told him about the web analytics module

allows logging:
Statistical data
number of transitions;
the number of new visitors;
number of unique visitors;
unique hosts;
number of pages viewed;
adding a site to favorites;
returning visitors to the site;
visitor statistics on returns;
the dynamics of the advertising campaign by day and graphics by day;
analytical coefficients:
daily visitors;
activity;
attentiveness;
percentage of new visitors;
percentage of returning visitors.
Attention to content
visited sections and pages;
attendance of sections and pages in dynamics by day;
entry points to the site;
exit points;
site paths;
path segments.
Events - the mechanism for counting events on the site allows you to register any action (event) of the visitor on the site; the percentage of users who made a certain event is calculated; event examples:
file download;
purchase care;
following a link;
click on the banner;
partner registration;
filling out a questionnaire;
adding a product to the cart;
financial event - purchase of goods;
participation in the survey;
message in the forum;
any other events.

And he answered:
- No .. Actions are needed, like changing files, adding new files, etc.
Is there such a module?
