How to set up a list output from the infoblock in the public part?

Good afternoon, there is an infoblock from which data is displayed in a list, in the public part of the site, you need to copy the list with the infoblock.
I went by exporting and importing csv data into a new IB, but the data is not exported correctly. Then I went the xml way. Everything is fine in the admin panel, there is all the data in the IB, but there is a problem in the public part, there is no possibility to select fields and properties, there are only "ID", "Name" and "Section".
