How to connect vpn or proxy on router\switch (mining)?

Soon, IPs of mining pools will be blocked in Kazakhstan, as they recently did in China. There is a 4g modem that is connected to a 4g router (Keenetic 4G), 4 lan cables are connected from it to ASICs. If IPs are still blocked, will vpn or proxies help? And how to connect them? Do I need a switch, or is it possible to prescribe something in the router settings?
