How to connect to WSDL?

Hello everyone
For my site, the developers wrote a web service and provided a link to the WSDL, now the most interesting thing is how do I connect the WSDL to the site so that when a person enters a track number in a line, he receives information from there (WSDL) ?!

WSDL is a document that describes the SOAP API.
Well, then it’s not very clear what exactly needs to be done .. if the developers wrote the service, then, probably, they should connect it to the site?
