How to connect to ESXi via console?

There is a remote server with ESXi, there is a connection to it via the web interface.
There was a connection via ssh, but when changing the config, a port was set outside the range of ports.
You need to connect somehow differently and fix the sshd config.
Apparently, there is some way to connect via Console-shell(VMware PowerCLI).
But I can't find anywhere a description of how to connect to the host itself.
Has anyone come across this problem or is there an alternative solution to this problem?

@MaxKozlov

there is Get-VMHostFirmware , which, among other things, returns in the archive and sshd_config
, you can try to edit it, and then pack it back and Set-VMHostFirmware
