How to connect the cooler and capacitor?

Hello, I have a situation, I want to make an add. Cooling laptop from below. There is 1 cooler (characteristics on the photo) and 1 capacitor (on the photo), but I don’t know for sure whether the capacitor will fit this cooler. And I want to do all this with a power supply to an outlet. How to connect them with a cooler, a capacitor (if this one does not work, then which one will do) and a power supply (with what characteristics to buy)?

Connect in series, at least you won't burn anything :)
What are you trying to achieve by connecting a cooler and a capacitor?
It is better to buy a ready-made stand.

The problem is that I tried to start the cooler already, it just twitches and that's it. I read the materials and found out that a capacitor is needed. Found among borohla. It turns out the capacitor is suitable? I don't buy what I can do with my own hands.

The nameplate of the motor says which capacitor it needs - 15 microfarads. And you have only 0.5 microfarads.
