Asus Rog laptop, no program sees coolers, why?

I have an Asus Rog laptop, for some reason not a single program that I installed, rog game center, msi afterburner, asus gpu twiakll, none of them see coolers.
Not even a setting in the bios.
For some reason, the laptop is not working properly somehow. It just buzzes as it turns on, and the fans run at full power. I have a second laptop in a simpler way, lenovo, it works silently.
Maybe there is some kind of driver that controls the video card?
It just seems to me that the programs themselves should regulate the speed of rotation of the coolers, depending on the temperature and load of the processor.
