How to connect PCI sound card via USB?

There is an internal zvukovushka on PCI connector. There is no money to buy a new one of the same quality, and there is no stationary computer to connect it to it. Therefore, I would like to connect it via USB to the laptop. The laptop has USB 3.0 and 3.0 Type C.
How can this be implemented?

If it's not PCI-Express then it's easier to forget about it. These things are too different.

USB 3 -> PCI (not express), you are unlikely to find it, but if you have a connector for expresscard, then Ali has it, but I'm afraid it will still cost comparable to a good sound system.
