How to connect all disks to the NAS separately?

There is a NAS QNAP TS-451D2-4G, it does not provide for connecting separate disks, but I really want to.
Raid 5 is not suitable because of the possibility of failure during recovery (disks 16 terabytes) and infa is not critical. Jbod is not suitable due to reduced reliability.

in general, you need to connect the drives individually. Is there such a possibility?

If info is not critical, why are you so worried about RAID5?
I have an ancient storage, 412 it seems ... RAID has never crumbled.
If you do not trust RAID5 - make RAID6
And if the info is not critical - RAID0

@Tabletko

Do Raid 0 on each disk.

How is it in terms of speed? if 7 computers sit on it and start saving files up to 2gb, with a frequency of an hour, how critical is it?
