How to connect a WI-FI router to the Tor network?

Hello, there are 3 pc devices, a mobile phone and a home server. It is necessary to make Internet access in a bunch of VPN + TOR + VPN. And what do you think about this bundle, how safe is it? Yes, of course, I understand that if the government needs me, they will still find me through the provider. But it is necessary to at least reduce the leakage of passwords and all entered information. And will they (government, provider) have my exact location in this bundle?

For anonymity, it is best to set up a separate machine / virtual machine. Flash drives/external hard drives are your friends.
For everyday work, that bunch that you describe is HELL. The speed will be the bottom, opening sites at a speed of 100 kbps is fantastic entertainment ... I repeat, for anonymity, set up a guest machine on a flash drive, and also washed down a virtual machine there. For the rest, so that passwords do not leak and do not "hack" you, do not install the left software, control outgoing traffic, configure the system by disabling services, services, etc.

And what will be connected with what, excuse me? Where is your ISP connected to?
- The government will have the exact location of the phone (as well as any other device with a SIM card), regardless of the presence of Tor :)
- The provider always has the exact location of the router - you signed an agreement with him. Well, or not you, but still concluded
- Wireless communication is by definition insecure - because there is no control over the distribution environment
