How to connect a virtual machine with a real one?

On win10 there is a virtualbox in which there is Wirth. machine with linux mint. In the settings of Wirth. machines are ticked on shared folders, clipboard and drag&drop. But none of this works. :( I just don’t know where to look for shared folders on Linux. That is, the path to the folder on Windows is specified in the settings, but I don’t understand where it is on the guest OS. The clipboard simply does not work, i.e. nothing is copied. And drag&drop gives an error when trying to drag a file: "The drag and drop operation from the guest to the host OS failed."

I don’t know how on mint, but “guest additions” (menu in VB) are perfectly installed in ubuntu, after that everything starts working.
