How to boot Linux into RAM at OS boot?

I want something when running Ubuntu or Linux Mint w. (or SSD) the whole system was loaded into RAM, and after work, if changes were made to the OS settings, save to the drive ...
Is it possible?

Unlikely.
There is a special distribution group List of Linux distributions that run from RAM .

As far as I know, ArchLinux does something similar. One of their slogans is "unallocated memory is dead memory", so Arch loads into memory even those parts of the system that are not used. The performance gain is felt
