How to connect a tinned wire to this outlet?

Good afternoon.
Tell me how to insert wires into a similar connector (on the left in the photo):

Unscrew the clamping screw, and then?
Do you need to connect two wires to each connector

and then twist into one?

It is necessary to strip the end of the wire 8..10 mm from insulation.
Insert the stripped end of the wire between the brass (yellow) contact and the steel nut. If it does not fit, then you need to unscrew the screw a little more. When inserted, tighten with a screw.

Here you need to connect two wires to each connector ... and then twist into one?
The question is not clear. In a normal situation, connect one wire under each screw. But the design allows you to connect two wires - this is only for the case when another such socket is connected with a "loop".
And you can see a very thin wire in the photo. To connect a light bulb, it is enough, of course. But if you connect an outlet with such a frail wire, and then turn on a kettle and a microwave or a heater in this outlet, then sooner or later the matter will end in a fire.
