Why are non-original lightning cables no longer accepted?
There are such lightning cords: I
used them quite rarely, because everything is synchronized via wi-fi, I connected it only to transfer a large amount of data, so it is difficult to determine from what time they stopped working, but most likely after updating to 8.1.3.
The phone does not react to them in any way when connected to a computer via usb or when connected to the original power adapter, but if you connect the phone to the Power Bank through such cables, it charges perfectly, although before everything was perfectly synchronized and charged from the usb port on the computer or adapter. There are no warnings on the phone.
I'm interested in the question, this was affected by the ios update and now such cables are not perceived by the phone at all, then why is the phone charged from an external battery through it?
PS: With the original cable, everything works fine as before.

Yes, the update affected, you can cure it with a jailbreak and a tweak from cydia, but 8.1.3 does not break yet. What made you upgrade to 8.1.3? Before it's too late, you can roll back to 8.1.2, on which these cables can be made to work.
