How to gracefully extend twisted pair cable?

All the best :)
There is a question about transferring the server room, there are several hubs with a bunch of wires - there will definitely be 50 pieces. They end up in the current server room, when transferring, each cable will have to be somehow increased by 15 meters. I represent. Maybe there is equipment and ways for a more competent build-up of a large number of wires?

Well, in general, to begin with, I would like to know the current length of the cables.
Are hubs hubs? Not switches?
Sockets are not needed, they usually behave badly.
Think like this:
1. Cut into a cross-panel and make new cables in the same place. It will be even cheaper than sockets, but the effect will be better. As an option - a cross-panel here, the second one there and between them a special multi-core cable. I don’t know what it’s called, but in stores, I’m waiting, they will understand. And pulling one is easier than 50+
2. Twisting + conductive glue. Simple, fast, but only if you have a small length there. You can solder, of course.
3. Isn't it easier to replace everything with one switch here and a second one there? 50 cables is, however, already two switches ...

Patch panel/cross panel.

it depends on the budget:
already connect the switch from the cross-panel with small (half-meter) patch cords?
2. Maybe it makes sense to stretch 2-3 new cables directly into the premises, with a margin, mount a simple switch under the ceiling and scatter the connections to the sockets in the room already in place, and not pull the cable harness directly from the server room?
