I bought an antenna signal amplifier "connect street universal 3g / 4g", there is an extension cord in the kit (3 meters, yota believes that this is a normal length for correct operation).
I connect, look at the taskbar, first the network is initialized, it works for 2 seconds, turns off for 2 seconds, then turns on again and continues like this until the OS does an automatic reboot. At the same time, the Yota logo is on all the time, without temporary shutdowns.
I tried to use other devices through this extension cable, no problems arose. I tried to hold the modem so that it sits better in the extension cord connector - it did not help.
In support they said - look for a problem in the extension cord. But I don’t understand at all how it can work calmly with a mouse, a flash drive and still be faulty.
What could be the problem and how to solve it? Maybe the energy is not enough for correct operation and needs to be increased? Maybe there is a problem with the modem's firewood?

Most likely the problem is that the modem does not have enough power. It is necessary to give additional power to it, or replace the wire.
