How to manually transfer monitor EDID in Windows?

Good afternoon/evening!
There is a monitor that is connected to the video card through an adapter. The video signal is transmitted properly, but the EDID is not read (this is a problem with 99.99% of all adapters). The monitor is defined in the system as "standard", the scan, range, etc. are transmitted a little incorrectly.
In Linux, everything is solved nowhere easier ... In xorg.conf, a parameter is passed to the custom edid and the path to it, and voila! But is it possible on Windows?

The task is as follows:
There is a monitor EDID in a 128-bit .bin file. There is a card from Nvidia. There is Win10 pro X64. How to manually feed edid?

P.s. I know that there is such an opportunity in Nvidia Quadro drivers for workstations, but I do not have Quadro. I don't see such functionality in gameready drivers.

If anyone knows, I would be very grateful!

And what is it that you especially want that you can’t do with pens? Everything you need can be manually adjusted, resolution, frequency and other parameters. In Nvidia, this is done in the drivers, through a custom resolution.
