How to connect a patch panel?

Hello! I'm a teapot... I haven't worked with such equipment yet, but the time has come.
I need to lay a network cable from the socket to the server cabinet, then connect the cable first to the patch panel, then from the panel to the switch, and then to the router that distributes the Internet.
And here is the first problem, how can I connect contacts in this case? 5d5bba7c862d2391656793.jpeg
By colors, I don’t understand which pair, and also what type of connection to choose A or B?
Patch panel DIGITUS C5e
Thank you very much!

A classic of the genre, according to B, connect
BO-O-Bz-S-BS-Z-BK-K
on sockets and patch panels usually divorced in pairs, as in your case
i.e. from bottom to top O-BO-Z-BZ-S-BS-K-BK, on the outlet as it will be drawn there

You have signed the contact numbers in the photo,
connect the cable with one side to the patch panel, crimp the connector on the other (of course, according to the numbering).
There is nothing complicated there.
Usually press on B (T568B)

Oh, well, I don’t understand here ... Here the colors are all painted and the wire numbers are affixed. Hammer as shown, and on the other hand, crimp the cord according to the selected pattern. I usually use B - but not for some reason, but it just somehow happened.
For driving it is best to use a special driving knife (you can see for example here ). You can also use a screwdriver, but there is a risk of damaging the panel, especially out of habit.
