How to connect a file with an array and check the message against this array in discord.js?

Hello. I read on the Internet, but did not understand what to do. Help me please. I have two files "main" and "with exception words", I need to create an array with these words in the file "with exception words" and add a condition in the "main" file that if the user's message contains a word / a from the file ( from the array) "with words exceptions" then the bot should output this/and the word/s the exception/s.
