How to connect a 3G modem to a WiFi router?

Hello! There was a problem: I connected the Huawei E3131 USB modem from MTS to the ZyXEL Keenetic Internet center (router), indicated the access point and everything seems to work, but 30 seconds after the modem is connected to the Internet, the upload / download speed drops to 0.00 kbps. If you connect the same modem to a laptop, everything works stably.
Technical characteristics of the modem:

Technical characteristics of the router:

What could be the reason?

Often, branded 3g modems have a special firmware that expects from the application software (in your case, from MTS Connect) a certain sequence of AT commands one time or at some intervals.
You can win in two ways:
1. Find a normal firmware for your modem on the open spaces of the network.
2. Sniffer which commands the application software sends and send the same commands using the Zyxel router, thereby emulating the operation of the application software.
