CISCO rommon. how to autoload?

there is a cisco
cisco WS-C6509-E (R7000)
once a module died on it. I replaced and configured it on a new one.
By the way, I'll mention that I had to reset the config - there was no password (via rommon).
I did it in a hurry and not very professionally, since it’s green on cisco :) for
half a year the device works fine until reboot :)
if the device turned off for any reason (no light), then after it is loaded into rommon I
connect with a console cable - I enter boot and the system starts normally..
How can I solve this problem?
Configuration register is 0x2102

It is possible that the path to image in BOOT is incorrect. Try rommon to check the path:
If the path is incorrect, set the correct one and try to reboot

BOOT=bootdisk:<valid_image_path>
sync
reset

Perhaps some other error is displayed in the console, due to which rommon is loaded instead of autoboot.
