Why does the router - TL-WR841N - cut the speed?

Bought today TP-LINK TL-WR841N. The cable is stable 95 Mbps, the router 80 Mbps The
provider does not require any login settings, ip-dynamic.
I tried different router settings, changed the country to the USA, set different channels, frequency. All the same, 15-20 Mbps does not add.
Is this normal or should I go change for something better?

I understand that this is the WIFI speed? The router is of course cheap shit, but most likely the problem is not in it, but in the fact that the radio channel itself is slower, and scan the air for interference, if there are other points within + -3 ranges, then they interfere and the speed drops from -for this, besides, the delays of the transmission medium itself somewhat affect the speed, plus interference from bluetooth and various equipment on 2.4, so if you do not live in a cave and there is an overlap with other points, then you still have an excellent result. Also, the quality of the antenna of the device can affect the speed, if it is a Chinese phone for $ 200, it is difficult to expect incredible speeds from it. In general, the data is not enough, but for this model it is quite a good result.

1. wi-fi does not guarantee anything
2. try another adapter and measure the speed right next to the router
3. is WPA encryption enabled? measure with an open point
