How to connect 8 computers?

I can't figure out how to properly connect 8 office computers to a local network.
All ethernet sockets of the office are racked into a dlink web smart switch dgs 1210-28 to which several more offices are connected.
I want to make my own local network with an admin panel, access by poppy, ip.
How to do it?
What iron is needed for this? 8 port router? Or a switch and then in a router?

I understand that the company rented a new office and moved into it?
Contact the administrator of the office center - he will set everything up, approximately as Amoled says. You can't do it yourself - you don't have a password to access the switch settings.
Besides - what with access to the Internet? Faced with SPACE prices for the Internet from a monopoly provider in such centers. Then - your switch + your router + your 3G or 4G modem to this router.

You stick in dlink, unite in an adminka all ports where stuck in 1 VLAN. MAC-binding to a port can be done in the same admin panel.
In the admin panel , in the Security -> MAC Filtering section, MAC access is configured. In System -> Port Setting, you can configure VLANs for the required ports. If there are no idle VLANs, then create a new one first.
