You need to connect 4 PCs to 1 TV so that the image is 4 desktops on one screen with the ability to work with each window separately.
There is of course an option through TeamViewer, but this option does not suit!

How do you need to have a picture from 4 TVs at the same time or is it switchable?
in the second option, you just need a TV set with a sufficient number of inputs or a TV set and an input selector.
The first one is more difficult: you need either a TV / selector with support for the "PiP picture in picture" function, or programmatically on one computer using remote monitoring / control programs to collect streams from desktops and display the overall picture from it.
