How to connect 2 blocks to bootstrap tab?

With the help of bootstrap tabs, I switched the background when selecting a video, but you also need to connect the switch of the play button that leads to 3 different videos, how can I display both the background and the play at once using tabs? Why was this method chosen? as it seemed to me the fastest, but it is not convenient to use everywhere, as in my example.
