How to connect 10 SIM cards to a computer with the ability to receive messages and calls?

There is a usbhub for 10 ports, there are 10 sim readers (like a flash drive). all this can be connected to a computer, but you are interested in software through which you can work with these sims. Is there such a thing at all. Something like VoIP or he most. Do all operators support it from our main ones? Will calls to the computer be received, messages sent and received, etc.?
Thank you.

To receive messages and calls, you need not a reader, but a modem with an activated voice

The SIM reader is designed to read information from cards, for example, addresses from it.
To work with communications, you will need equipment that can work in this standard: telephones or modems. Judging by the fact that the usb hub is in the first place in the question, the solution of this problem by your forces is doomed to failure ... Why do you need all this?
