How to get access to Chinese ip phone?

I apologize for such a trivial topic, but I would like to hear your advice / help.

The story is that I inherited an IP-phone, naturally screwed up, of course no one knows / remembers the password (And the piece of iron needs to be configured). Unmarked phone, absolutely no brand/model information ( Photo1 , Photo2). It may seem that there is no sticker on the back, on which the necessary information was, but this is not so (it disappeared with me), it only indicated that Ethernet 10/100Mb and voltage. It is also impossible to get any information in the telephone menu, and most of it (which is needed) is under a password. Breaking through the MAC - went to Palmmicro, which, as I understand it, produces voip-boards. I went through all their products and downloaded manuals for phones (similar in appearance, but I did not find a 100% match). I reset the phone to default settings to try the standard passwords for phones on Palmmicro chips, but life is in vain and I want cookies. Nothing came up :( I also went through the Chinese sites of all vendors that cooperate with Palmmicro and did not find a close similar phone in any of the catalogs. I also did not find this device in google-pictures. All are 80% similar, but their default passwords don't work!(

People, how to be? Has anyone faced such a situation and what are the ways to get out of this situation?
At the moment, after an hour of searching, I came to attempts to brute force the login / password (the phone also has Web and Telnet Photo3 ), but brute force is still going on, but there is still no result = (Or maybe someone knows the make / model of this phone or knows the treasured password ?:3
