How to configure Wireguard to pass traffic for a specific site?

Available:

server with wireguard,
Mikrotik with Router 7 Beta

I want traffic between Mikrotik (home grid) and addons.mozilla.org to go exclusively through Wireguard. How can this be implemented? Given that the site has several IP addresses?
