How to forward a port from an OpenVPN server (openvz) to a VPN client?

Hello!
There is a server (VPS) on OpenVZ with a "white" global IP address, for example, 100.11.10.1. This virtual machine with Debian 7 OS has OpenVPN as a server, as in the article on Habré .
Clients who see each other are connected to this server and everything works fine. But now there is a need to provide "public" access to one client of an organized VPN network, for example, with IP 10.10.1.8. In fact, you just need to forward the port from the OpenVPN server, it should look like this: you
100.11.10.1:522 <=> 10.10.1.8:22
need SSH access to a machine inside the VPN network, when accessing the OpenVPN server on port 522. How to do this?
Thanks in advance for your replies.
