Is it possible to redirect from Apache to an OpenVpn address?

There is a server. Apache is on it. Is it possible to organize such a thing? Make it also an OpenVpn server. a person visits the site, clicks on a link and is redirected to another server, which also has Apache and the OpenVpn client. Confused, but I didn't come up with anything else.

I don't really understand what openvpn has to do with it.
Do you want to configure Apache so that it acts as a front at some location, redirecting the request through vpn somewhere inside?
Yes, you can.
But it's better to use nginx, it consumes less resources per connection.

hmm "a picture about a trolley bus and a loaf of bread"
why is THIS all?
Do you have an apache server? let it be a server, do you need vpn? will go, but why let it in from the outside?
make one web server with all services, connect the second with vpn and remove apache, go to the main one from the inside, go there from the outside. profit.
