How to configure vlan interfaces on Windows Server 2008 R2?

The blade server HP proliant 460c has two network interfaces HP NC553i 10Gb 2-port FlexFabric.
How to configure vlan on them? Installed Emulex OCmanager, for some reason he does not see the adapters. Feeling like I'm doing something wrong.
