Instead of a domain, an ip address appears, how to fix it?

The site is on Linux, when you go to this folder where the site is located, instead of the domain, an ip address appears (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/moodle). How to solve this problem? The domain is connected to the site.

Set up DNS.
Configure VirtualHost for the domain correctly in Apache (if there are no layers and Apache acts as frontend\backend).
