How to configure routing in Windows 7 (Windows Server 2008r2) for a group of IP addresses?

There is a line containing a group of IP addresses:
abcd, rtyu, uiop (ie IP separated by commas)
How to configure routing using the command line in Windows 7 (Windows Server 2008r2) for this group of IP addresses. At the same time, it is desirable that this be done in two commands:
Like:
route add group_name gateway gpio -p
And then two commands:
Some utility clean group_name (to clean up a group of IP addresses).
Some utility add group_name "abcd, rtyu, uiop" (to add to a group of IP addresses).
It is possible according to another scheme, but the point is to work with the group.
ps: it is desirable that the solution would work in the same way in newer versions of the OS (8, 8.1).
