Packages are lost, what to do, buying in five is not an option?

It’s not clear why the packets began to disappear when pinging, everything is fine with the cable (there were different cables), I connected it to different switches and sockets, the problem remains unchanged.
At first, everything can be perfect and not lose a single packet, but then like a snowball, packet after packet disappears until it disappears completely.
According to the user, these problems happened after the Windows 10 update last Friday (07/26/2019).
The problem is single, everything is in order with the grid.
Tell me, please, what can it be)?
Thank you all in advance.

Hardly set the speed and duplex on the port and on the computer. (by the way, I don’t think that your computer is directly connected to the router - most likely through an access level switch - configure the port there) If the problem persists, then most likely something happened to the drivers after the update. Boot from any Linux livsd (mint is the same) and see how and what.
